These terms apply, except in cases where you have a separate written agreement with IntelDive LLC stating otherwise.

IntelDive LLC ("Company", "we", "our", "us") strives to ensure our customers are satisfied with our Services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
Refunds are available within 14 days of your purchase, or as required by applicable law. Refund requests made after the 14-day period may be considered at our discretion.
You are also automatically eligible for a refund of 2 weeks or a 14-day extension to your plan if we fail to honor our uptime guarantees as advertised in your service agreement or your pricing plan within any 1-month period.
Refunds do not include any fees charged by our payment processor. These fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details. Our team will review your request and respond promptly.
If your account has been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service, the decision to issue a refund will be at our sole discretion, depending on the severity of the violation.
Approved refunds will be processed promptly and issued back to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
